Mid-Century modern meets Viennese charm

The beautiful old building apartment is located in a listed Gründerzeit house “Rembrandthof” from the 19th century. All rooms are remarkable for their high ceiling as well as for details typical for a classic Altbauwohnung out of this area. To give an example, the original herringbone parquet was still in surprisingly good condition and was just revitalized. With our motto “functionality – aesthetics – sustainability“, the studio stands for natural and sustainable work. Furnishing the space with vintage pieces is in keeping with this objective and contributes to the unique character of this old Viennese apartment. The Mid-Century and typical Viennese furniture was collected and partly gathered from Viennese flea and vintage design markets and skillfully adapted to the spatial conditions of the charming old building apartment. Thus, they were able to master the challenge and create a cozy, functional and stylish environment for the young family in the middle of the city. The studio also deliberately focused on contrasts, which were incorporated predominantly with modern art and accessories. Connoisseurs will discover details such as the Vienna City Hall chairs by Roland Rainer or the wall lamp by DCW Bernard Schottländer.
