EOS Urban Villa, Psychiko

Eos urban villa is a 3-floor residence that used to be an ambassadorial residence which remained unused for a while. The project was the interior design and renovation of this existing villa, in order to give it a modern and appealing touch so as to become an object of interest for new users. On the entrance, the atrium welcomes you to the house and leads you to an open space living room and dining area. The chosen low-height furniture allows a peek into the garden and pool area beyond. In the middle of the area lies the double sided energy efficient fireplace with marble and metallic details. The ground floor is completed by the spacious kitchen. The staircase leads to the sleeping area with four suites, each with a bathroom and dressing room. At the upper floor lies the en-suite master bedroom and the office, as well as a terrace that offers great views to the surroundings.
The interior was approached with a contemporary style and was based on custom designed and made furniture and interior elements in simple, modern lines and natural colors. Textures of wood, marble, wool, velour and ceramic, greys and warmer neutrals, and powerful wall art, enliven the space and enhance the elegance of the residence. Special emphasis was given to the master bathroom where the large, marble effect tile slabs, the custom made double vanity, the brushed finishes, as well as the freestanding bathtub, provide the luxurious touch requested. The design of the exterior space aimed to make it more practical providing with moments of relaxation and reflection, attaining the desired level of privacy and tranquility.
