Institute for Urban Planning Ltd is registered as a design studio at Bulgarian Chamber of Architects and as such it deals mainly with projects in the sphere of urban planning. Institute for Urban Planning’s primary aim is achieving high-quality, well-balanced and stable urban environment. Effective development of cities depends mostly on creating appropriate city planning solutions and projects. Taking into account the social needs of the population, on the basis of an extensive analysis of the environment, and in collaboration with a number of architects, we aim at making projects that are distinctive, noteworthy and recognizable. We all strive to be satisfied with the results achieved.
