Villa Weingarten

The hotel “Villa Weingarten” is surrounded by vineyards and is located on a slight hillside in Kaltern (Caldaro). In order to enlarge the structure and create space for new, modern rooms, the original building was raised by another floor, and an extension was realized towards the northwest.

On the top floor of this extension, guests will now find a small wellness area with a whirlpool to relax after their excursions. The new reception area and breakfast room are housed in the new building in front and are complemented by a sun terrace. The entire interior design is minimalist, predominantly using black and white colors to create contrasting accents. At the client’s request, the architecture of the building was kept very modern and minimalist, maintaining a reduced style throughout the entire design concept.
