Alexander and Dominik Hartl
Energy storage is a key technology necessary for a successful energy transition. The brothers Dominik and Alexander Hartl recognized this early on, and in 2016 xelectrix Power GmbH was founded. Before that, the Hartl family had made an international name for themselves over eight decades through innovative developments, production and worldwide sales of construction machinery especially mobile screening and crushing plants. The initial idea of hybridization of diesel generators was born out of first-hand experience with diesel generators, which are often very uneconomical to operate and can increase operating costs dramatically. This experience led to the original concept and subsequent production of Energy Storage Systems that can hybridize generators on a plug-in concept that leads to significant fuel reduction, maintenance cost savings and lower fuel emissions. With the head quarter in Austria and an innovative team our common vision is making xelectrix Power one of the leading global players in energy storage solutions – “Engineered in Austria”.
