Architectural Design Studio Eood was established in 2004 with the scope of activity: architectural and construction design, interior and furniture design, urban planning, landscape architecture, and construction management. The studio's practice prioritizes sites for industrial uses, as well as the development of residential buildings, public buildings, urban planning projects for residential needs, industrial zones, projects for international programs, and more. In its practice, the company implements a comprehensive management of design work, including research and selection of location, issuing of permits, design, coordination of projects, author supervision, assistance in the preparing of documents for commissioning.

Material provision of the activity includes full automation, printing and copying equipment, licensed software, vehicles, and others. In the established practice, it should be noted the use of BIM integrated design solutions and project communication for data exchange with domestic and foreign design offices, as well as proficiency in the basic western languages - English, French, and German from the specialists in the company. The bureau has and constantly complements the information fund with new materials, construction technologies, and systems in construction.
