Introducing the transformation of a sleek, modern office space that perfectly reflects the identity of a dynamic marketing company specialised in promoting a trading platform and other financial services. The first-floor location in a contemporary multipurpose building in Ljubljana presented the perfect canvas for a redesign that would elevate the firm’s profile and impress clients and guests from the financial field. In just four months, a comprehensive plan was executed that reorganized the existing layout, introducing new features and elements that gave the space a fresh, modern identity that perfectly represents the company’s ethos. The design approach aimed to create a functional, cost-efficient space that required no major construction work, enabling the team to move in and start working in no time. The existing office space, situated on the edge of the floor plan, offered ample natural light through its glass facade. However, the central area of the floor plan required attention, and the creation of a stylish “cement wall” served to conceal installations, imperfections, and provide extra cabinet space, along with an expanded room for a working kitchenette, hidden from view, provided a convenient, functional space.
