This very large apartment (built in 1894) miraculously remained in one piece to this day. But because its previous owner avoided all necessary investments, it was also completely worn out. With the exception of the original ceiling painting in what today is the bathroom and the original double doors, the renovation works had to intervene into flooring, plastering, installations and windows. The apartment is adapted to modern needs, while bringing its former charm to life. Apartment is located in Maribor and will be fully finished by the end of 2020.
What makes this project one-of-a-kind?
The renovation has managed to get the most out of the existing potentials of the apartment (size, airiness, light), whilst adapting it to the modern needs and adding a certain bourgeois feel.
