Marles Lumniya home koncept

Every detail of the Lumniya house is flawlessly designed for your comfort and usability with a touch of modern architecture. The layout of the rooms follows principles of usability, while the timeless design, using sustainable materials, incorporates respect for nature. This house is a symbol of durability, radiating eternal beauty.

Modular design offers the buyer complete personalization, ensuring the uniqueness of each property while maintaining simplicity of choice. Each size of the house (Lumniya is available in sizes of 125, 137, and 149 m2) is sensibly upgraded with functional spatial solutions (bathroom as part of the main bedroom, separate multifunctional room on the ground floor, comfortable bathroom, storage, and more).

Due to various roof designs, this model of house is sensibly positioned both in urban environments and in the Slovenian countryside. The choice of facade solutions allows each individual to creatively express themselves. For this purpose, a thoughtful and refined selection of bathrooms, flooring made of natural materials, as well as building furniture has been further developed. Modular choice has never been so imaginative, inspiring, yet simple for future residents.

The interiors encourage family interaction through open living spaces and private zones for relaxation. The seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas extends the functional living spaces into nature and promotes a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Lumniya™ living concept integrates WoodSpan Technology™ to create a sustainable, adaptable modern home that supports climate-positive living. WoodSpan Technology is a key element of the home’s construction, using timber LVL as the central structural component. This allows open living spaces without traditional load bearing support (iron, concrete) which is replaced by innovative connection of wood elements, enhancing eco-friendliness and architectural flexibility.
