Grey Penthouse

The inspiration for the apartment concept was dictated by a living painting opening through the windows, which, in a monochrome interior, creates the feeling of an art gallery at any time of the day. The combined furniture of Italian and Scandinavian manufacturers merges into a single composition, which is completed by non-standard, intelligent lighting solutions. Each design element has its own story, thus complementing the interior with subtle, conceptual luxury. It is a space full of mysticism and mystery, the emotion of which is enhanced by the dark colors of the interior – black and gray color tones, deep and decorative textures of the elements. The interior is finished with micro-cement hand-made decoration created by top-class craftsmen, which turns the apartment into a living space, gives it decorativeness, and when the time of day and lighting changes, it resembles a painting. Technical lighting elements are installed in the ceiling – recessed spotlights and magnetic lights in plastered rails. The walls and floor are covered with microcement. It is not only a practical solution but also easily upgradeable if needed. The wooden floors have been preserved in the bedrooms, which were restored and painted in the selected color matching the general color of the interior. The wood gives a sense of coziness, naturalness and warmth. Oak doors were chosen and installed for the same reason. Their purpose is not only to liven up the interior visually with their unique relief, but also to ensure durability. High-class plumbing elements with their shapes and colors ensure modernity and functionality.
