The starting point for this design idea was the flying carpet – finally, there should be a recliner on the market that is designed based on the stretched relaxation position. Its intuitive operation and floating appearance invite you to relax. YOKO stages itself almost sculpturally in space. The three-dimensional curved, V-shaped aluminum construction, which, in addition to its inherent function, decisively determines the visually carefree character. Form and function complement each other perfectly. The special feature of YOKO is revealed by the kinematics with a clever coupling of the backrest, seat, and footrest as well as the accompanying armrest. Ergonomics and aesthetics merge in harmony.
