House Issabella overlooks the harbor of Vis from a compact 200 m² plot. Although planning allowed an additional floor, the design intentionally remains low and embedded in greenery, respecting the scale of its surroundings. The 120 m² holiday home contains three bedrooms and an open living space that flows onto a terrace and pool. A projecting upper volume – conceived as a captain’s bridge – frames views of the harbor and sunset, while shading the ground floor and extending Mediterranean living outdoors.
