TRI.O Boardinghouse by Olufemi Moser Architekten

This revitalization project transformed three 1992 office buildings into a dynamic, mixed-use complex. The conversion repurposed former office spaces into 561 apartments, with 100 units operating as hotel rooms. Under the “Dein Apart” brand, the development offers serviced micro-apartments tailored for stays ranging from a few days up to six months.

The public areas, situated on the ground floor of the central tower and within the connecting basement level, feature entirely new layouts. These zones house a deli, lounges, outdoor terraces, self-check-in stations, and laundry facilities, alongside dedicated wellness spaces for massages, yoga, and fitness. Inspired by an overarching ‘Jungle’ theme, the interior design delivers a modern, vibrant, and lifestyle-focused atmosphere that bridges the gap between functional living and contemporary hospitality.
