Respublika 302-304 is the latest phase of the Respublika residential complex. Given the scale of the project, the key challenge was to balance diversity and unity across function, lifestyle, and design. Each phase follows shared principles while introducing new functional and aesthetic features. The concept is based on pedestrian priority, open-block structures that maximize the number of corner apartments and create a diverse architectural silhouette, active ground floors that support street-oriented businesses, a wide variety of public spaces for different activities, and diverse apartment layouts designed for different family needs.

This phase was designed during the COVID-19 pandemic and completed during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, making its realization particularly challenging. A distinctive feature of Buildings 302-304 is the promenade scheme. Unlike earlier phases, organized around plazas, the blocks here are connected by a pedestrian promenade with an irregular width. This creates a dynamic, “pulsating” space that encourages walking, social interaction, and everyday community life.
