GreenPoint Projects is an architectural studio based in Sofia, Bulgaria, founded by Peter Tchordov and Sofia Kodjamanova in 2016. Putting the Person first, we create individual solutions for our client’s needs. We aim to create sustainable and simple architecture providing comfortable and healthy environment for the occupants. For us, each new space or building must contribute to improving our environment. Clean lines and simple, uncluttered geometry are our guiding principle in design.
