The grand reopening of Mint Bar at Radisson Blu Split in July 2025 brings a reimagined beach bar blending elevated design with laid-back luxury, created by renowned AKSL architects. Combining Mediterranean charm and contemporary craftsmanship, Mint Bar offers a refined, relaxed atmosphere. Located at the heart of the hotel, Mint Bar connects to a spacious terrace.

Guests are welcomed by a striking, stone-clad barista counter showcasing pastries, while behind it, a cocktail bar with warm wood tones serves both coffee and handcrafted cocktails. A custom stone communal table with Nor11 bar stools creates an intimate space, complemented by Aroma del Campo lighting. The interior features layered panels, tactile wallpapers, and bespoke rope artwork by Madidah Art. Lounge areas with pink and green armchairs, plush sofas, and greenery enhance comfort. The terrace offers an outdoor sanctuary with rope-detailed chairs and green sofas, completing a tranquil, garden-like ambiance. Mint Bar is now the fifth food & beverage outlet at Radisson Blu Split, elevating the hotel’s hospitality.
