Matevž Popič studied the industrial design at the Academy of the Fine Arts in Ljubljana. Graduates in the year 2016 with conceptual project- Multifunctional built in oven for the brand Gorenje. During and after study he works with several well-known design studies and often participates on international design exibitions and design award competitions. Since 2009 he is a member of the Gorenje Design Studio. 7 years Senior Lead designer for the Cooking category, 5 years he was the Head of the Design Pre-development and Cross-category design for the Gorenje brand. From 2022 he is the Head of design in Hisense Gorenje Europe d.o.o.
