This project involves the creation of an exhibit that simulates a ‘smart and energy-efficient home,’ incorporating technologies and applications of smart and energy-efficient buildings with transportability. The Smart Container by IsZEB, designed and constructed by OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS, was first presented at the 87th TIF. The structure aims to reduce the energy costs of a residence while accommodating a modern way of living.
The main objective of the project is to minimize unnecessary use of lighting and heating, optimize the performance of installations, and ensure the functional maintenance of the building. These goals are achieved through the implementation of modern standards of total energy management and contemporary electronic equipment systems.
