The redesigned school campus in Zell am See combines two new three-story buildings with a fully renovated existing building to form a modern federal school center for a grammar school (BRG) and a business academy (HAK+HLP). More than 9.000 m² of usable space is provided for 850 students. Learning clusters, open areas for independent study, and large atriums with glass roofs create bright, flexible learning environments that support contemporary teaching methods.

A shared, covered entrance plaza serves as the central arrival area. The renovated east wing connects both schools and houses shared facilities, such as a cafeteria, library, multipurpose hall, administration and IT rooms, creating a campus that promotes synergy and modern education. Sustainability is a key focus, with photovoltaic systems exceeding 200 kWp supplying a large share of on-site energy demand, supported by efficient ventilation, environmentally friendly materials, and high-quality cycling infrastructure.
