The project explores the integration of architecture with its coastal context, creating a contemporary residence where function, design, and proximity to the sea operate in harmony. Situated on a sloping, trapezoidal site near Lozenets and Mechata Dupka Beach, the building follows the natural topography through a three-level organization. The volumetric composition is defined by clarity and precision, while the façade develops a fluid, continuous geometry, shaped through Corian Solid Surface and thermoforming technology.

Horizontal lines and soft transitions generate a dynamic architectural expression, enhanced by reflective glazing and Laminam panels that articulate depth and light. The house integrates high-performance systems, including a ventilated façade, advanced aluminum profiles by Schüco, and photovoltaic energy supply. The result is a spatial environment that balances comfort, performance, and a strong connection to landscape, where architecture becomes an extension of the coastal atmosphere.
