Collective of architects based in the Primiero valley that addresses and interprets the theme of Alpine architecture in the current socio-economic panorama. Their works confront the contemporary mountain landscape by approaching it from different angles. Ranging from more measured interventions to enhance the delicate historical heritage to the design of large infrastructures for tourism, Mimeus’ works question the role that architecture plays today in safeguarding the fragile and often contradictory balance between tradition and economic development of the alpine context.
