This residential interior project presents a contemporary villa, designed as a sustainable, high-quality living environment for a multigenerational family. Conceived as a second home, the interior emphasizes spatial openness, continuity, and a strong connection to the natural surroundings. Living, dining, and circulation areas flow seamlessly, creating a flexible interior that supports social interaction while maintaining comfort and clarity. Material choices focus on natural stone, wood, and warm, neutral tones, selected for durability, longevity, and timeless character.
Custom-designed elements and integrated storage enhance functionality without visual overload, while layered lighting combines natural daylight with architectural and ambient illumination. Wellness spaces, including an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and home gym, are fully integrated as natural extensions of everyday living. Sustainability is addressed through long-term design strategies and energy-efficient systems, including heat pumps, supporting thermal comfort and reduced environmental impact.
