The Dirty Dog project was carried out as a complete interior reconstruction. The space feels attractive, “cool”, and at the same time clean. The ceiling was stripped down to the original brick, while the floor combines concrete and dark wood, which serves as the dominant material.
The interior incorporates raw steel, leather, and corrugated sheet metal details. Lighting consists of bulbs suspended on chains, complemented by a striking logo. The atmosphere is enhanced by decorations with meaty motifs in the Dockhouse style. The dominant feature is a large bar with seating, accompanied at the back by benches and tables for two. The original stage and views into the kitchen were also preserved, allowing guests to watch the head chef – experienced in fine dining – at work.
Today, Dirty Dog offers a modern American BBQ experience in an industrial atmosphere, with high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that appeals to an urban audience seeking a stylish venue with top-level gastronomy.
