In a finite world, infinite resources are impossible. The +-XCollection explores how design can be used to create clothing items intended to last a lifetime. This series consists of adaptive, shape-changing accessories made with a minimal tailoring method. Laser-cut perforations form flexible structures, allowing the bags to shift in size and shape in response to the personal objects placed inside them.
By reducing raw material use and minimizing tailoring waste, the collection rethinks both form and process. It introduces pattern systems and variations in leather, exploring different thicknesses and textures through the scale and repetition of cut surfaces.
+-X is not just a collection of bags – it is a living system that evolves with you over the years.
