Houses on Hrnčiarska Street are located in the central monument zone of Modra. They are designed as reconstruction and new construction. They are separated and connected by the original city fortification from the 17th century. Three stages of restoration were proposed – the exposure of the wall, and the reconstruction of the existing house from the 19th cent. and a new building. The main task of the conceptual line of restoration of the place was to uncover the individual artifacts of the past as faithfully as possible so that even the so-called “invisible” could reach living matter. The result is two family houses in a classic layout. House and barn.
