Zucchetti Village is transforming the My Lodi shopping center into the headquarters of the software company Zucchetti, with 1,500 workstations. The project, designed by Lombardini22, stands out for its use of glulam structures – a material that enables significant CO2 savings throughout the building’s lifecycle.
In fact, each cubic meter of wood can store one ton of CO2 over the long term, making a significant contribution to the fight against climate change. Additionally, the choice of wood makes it possible to create more comfortable indoor environments and foster a harmonious and healthy atmosphere, thanks to exposed wooden surfaces, thereby promoting employee well-being. The Zucchetti Village project fits within a context of growing attention to sustainability and well-being, significantly reducing the overall ecological footprint of the new headquarters.
