Feix&Merlin and General Projects, in partnership with Southwark, have completed a stunning refurbishment of Walworth Town Hall. The Grade II Listed landmark was damaged by fire in 2013, leading to Historic England placing it on its “Heritage at Risk” register.
Walworth Town Hall has been sensitively transformed into a dynamic new workspace and community hub, with a café, restaurant, and community centre, and over 550 new workspaces offering a mix of flexible offices and coworking desks. The design focuses on the dialogue between old and new, preserving elements of the building’s history while ensuring its future relevance.
