The villas are set on a site of 845 m2 on Velika Plaza in Ulcinj. Designed for tourism, the project consists of two units connected by a covered passage with pergolas, creating a gentle play of light and shade, and enhancing outdoor living. White, cubic volumes rise above terraces and the pool, reflecting a serene Mediterranean style.
The pool, measuring 19 x 7.5 m, is designed on multiple levels, each level defining different swimming functions. A fountain gently overflows into a shallow basin, while sun loungers are integrated directly in the water. The pool mirrors the architecture, while pergolas and open terraces create a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for guests.
