Tiago Sallas

Architect and Project Director at Saraiva + Associados | Portugal

As a Project Director at S+A, Tiago Sallas plays a pivotal role in shaping Portugal’s contemporary urban landscape.

With a focus on large-scale, high-complexity developments, Sallas specializes in the intersection of architectural design, multi-disciplinary project coordination, and on-site technical management.

Throughout his tenure at S+A, he has overseen the execution of several emblematic projects that redefine luxury and corporate infrastructure. His portfolio includes the Infinity Towers in Lisbon—a 26-story residential landmark—and Bayline, an expansive 256-unit private condominium in the Algarve.

Sallas is also at the forefront of sustainable and technological innovation in architecture. He is currently directing the development of WELL BE in Lisbon’s Parque das Nações, a flagship project that will serve as the future headquarters for Caixa Geral de Depósitos. Under his coordination, the project has achieved elite international benchmarks for efficiency and wellness, including WELL, LEED, Passive House, and WiredScore certifications.

His extensive experience further extends to the commercial and educational sectors through the Oriente Green Campus, a major office hub in Moscavide that currently hosts the Universidade Europeia along with various multinational corporations. Through these diverse works, Sallas continues to demonstrate a unique ability to manage the technical rigors of on-site assistance while maintaining the high aesthetic and environmental standards of modern architecture.
