THE DUPLEX PENTHOUSE by Marcel Eberharter Design Studio

THE DUPLEX PENTHOUSE is the creative nucleus of the Marcel Eberharter Design Studio, located in Salzburg’s Imbergstraße. From shell construction to final completion, our team oversaw the coordination of a wide range of trades. Room by room, the visualizations became tangible elements, gradually coming together to form the “bigger picture.”

With an extensive team of acoustic specialists, carpenters, drywall experts, stonemasons, and metal craftsmen, every detail was successfully realized. Particular attention was given to the acoustic ceilings and wall claddings, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a concert hall.

In the next step, the refined design details within the interiors are executed by our skilled craftsmen with precision and flexibility. Customized elements such as lighting, decorative fabrics, furniture, and accessories bring a sense of comfort and allow the cohesive design concept to fully unfold.

Once all work is completed, the future owners can finally take their first step into their new home: what was once a digital version of the duplex penthouse now stands before them – real and true to every detail. The design decisions that form the foundation of the interior concept are brought to life through the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Minimalist and organic forms, combined with natural colors, harmonize and emphasize the modern architecture.
