The Terca Agora gedämpft silbergrau façade brick is a clay-based material combining durability with a contemporary, refined appearance. Its muted silver-grey tone enables seamless integration into suburban environments while ensuring long-term resistance to weathering. It is featured in the Step Level House in Ljubljana, located on a plot with a 2.5 m height difference. The building follows the terrain through a stepped volume, creating terraces with greenery on each level. The façade towards the street is defined by a perforated brick envelope that acts as a lattice, providing privacy and filtered light, while the garden side opens with large glazed surfaces, connecting the interior with the layered outdoor spaces.
