Tam Finans Office by YOO Interior

Located in Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, the Tam Finans Head Office occupies an area of approximately 3.500 sqm and was designed and built by YOO Interior in 2023. Positioned on the third podium floor of the complex, the office benefits from panoramic views of Istanbul, while creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace environment.

The design prioritizes open communication and collaboration through an open-plan layout, supported by transparent glass partitions that maintain visual continuity between spaces. Corporate identity plays a key role in the design, influencing the color palette, lighting elements, fixed furniture details, flooring patterns, and exposed mechanical installations. Strategically placed meeting rooms and graphic elements create energetic focal points within the open workspace, while double-height social areas provide comfortable spaces for relaxation, interaction, and events. The result is a modern, flexible workplace that encourages creativity and reduces hierarchical barriers within the organization.
