Stangl AG produces modern, custom-made concrete elements of various types to the highest standards, and operates internationally. For their own company building, the aim was to showcase the breadth of their capabilities in architecture and landscape architecture in a high-quality and sustainable structure.
A particular challenge, and a defining factor in the design, was the location: on an old channel of the Inn River, situated on a flood control dam. The result is a state-of-the-art office building with a suspended, solid, perforated, exposed concrete façade, nestled in the heart of a floodplain landscape.
