It is a project of 2 residences (main and auxiliary), with a total area of 1.000 sq.m., which consists of old, existing buildings, which were transformed into a main, modern house of 4 levels, with innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies, of special aesthetics, choice of materials, and furniture, as well as a guest house of 2 levels, with unique design and style.
