An architectural studio founded in 2006 by Jan Karpiel-Bułecka, Jr. and Marcin Steindel. The practice has completed dozens of projects, including private residences, guesthouses, and hotels across Zakopane and the entire Podhale region. Their designs are characterized by a blend of modernity and a deep sensitivity to the local context.

The architects have received numerous awards for their work. These include, among others, the Stanisław Witkiewicz Award from the Małopolska Province, granted twice for the best contemporary architectural projects that contribute to the protection and development of the cultural landscape of the Małopolska region, as well as prestigious European Property Awards for the "House in the Tatra Mountains" and the "Folwark in Chorowice" projects, which were recognized as the best single-family homes in Europe.

Jan Karpiel-Bułecka, Jr.
An architect and 2007 graduate of the Cracow University of Technology. A "Highlander (Góral)" born and bred, he has been immersed in drawing and traditional regional architecture from an early age, which has shaped his unique perspective on design. He specializes in creatively "transcribing" tradition into a contemporary language, skillfully blending the cultural heritage of the Podhale region with the demands of modern life. In his work, he does not treat the Witkiewicz style as a rigid guideline, but rather as a valuable idea, which he juxtaposes with a minimalist approach to detail, inspired by original pastoral architecture.

Marcin Steindel
An architect, graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, and a Cracovian for generations, who is professionally deeply rooted in Zakopane. In his design process, he adheres to the principles of minimalism and meticulous attention to detail, placing great emphasis on the use of modern technology. He believes that a marriage of traditional form and innovative solutions—such as large-scale glazing that floods interiors with light—is the key to creating structures of high aesthetic and functional quality.
