Projects of Foldes Architects are both residential (dwelling houses, apartment houses) and public buildings (health centres, churches, museums, schools, historical buildings renovation). Our projects’ identification lays in the use of natural and local materials (stone, brick, wood) and the belief in architectural continuity, integrating new ideas. Most important works include the Volcano Park Visitor Center, Sauflon Innovation Center, Forest School in Visegrád (with Gábor Turányi), Gymnasium of Toldy High School located on the slope of Buda Castle, the Long Brick House. Laszlo Foldes is lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Budapest.
