Studio ARTEC is an architectural practice based in Prishtina, Kosovo, established in 2010 by architect Ilir Llonçari. At ARTEC, architecture is understood as a cultural reflection, rather than a technical exercise. Each project begins with a search for meaning, exploring the relationship between people, place, memory, and time. The studio approaches architecture as a discipline that transforms human needs, values, and aspirations into spaces with clarity, purpose, and lasting relevance.

The studio has received international recognition, including the BIG SEE Award 2026 for ZUCCA cucina, multiple BUILD Magazine Awards, and SHARE Architecture Awards shortlist nominations.
