Cities are paralyzed by inefficient vans. To decarbonize urban logistics, we don’t need another van – we need a smaller, smarter solution. Enter the Minimal Pedal 4: a purpose-built, four-wheeled, pedal assist vehicle engineered to move goods faster, cheaper, and with a radically smaller footprint. Designed and manufactured in our London micro-factory by a team with automotive and motorsport heritage, the Pedal 4 embodies true functional minimalism.

We didn’t compromise on form; we embedded aesthetics directly into the vehicle’s functional architecture where it made sense. By reimagining vehicle geometry, we drastically reduced part counts and fastening methods, creating a robust, ultra-serviceable vehicle. Visually, the Pedal 4 blends utilitarian toughness with an approachable, industrial design. The exposed, zinc-coated steel frame acts as a raw, functional centerpiece, contrasting with sleek, satin-black metal covers. Up front, a rotationally molded bumper serves as a safe, impact-absorbing shield, framing iconic circular lights. In the rear, the high-capacity cargo box offers a continuous, curved 3D canvas for seamless branding and customization.

Beyond the physical build, we engineered a zero-friction user experience. A proprietary, remotely managed keyless entry system works natively with our purpose-built FleetOS backend, providing operators with live GPS tracking, over-the-air updates, and deep service analytics. Form follows function. Complexity is eliminated. The Pedal 4 is urban logistics stripped to its smartest essentials. Designed and made in London.
