The designs derive from black-and-white tiles as the original design element, whose graphic effect and modularity form the starting point of the system. All forms are consistently developed from 45-degree angles that come from the original logo of the contractor, shaping outdoor furniture, lighting fixtures, typography, tile patterns, and details such as mailboxes and apartment numbers.

In the entrance area, the tile pattern reflects the shadow cast by the custom-designed lamps and translates the interplay of light and geometry permanently into the floor. In this way, a precise and coherent design system emerges, connecting different scales and giving the interior of the residential block a distinctive, timeless, and modern identity, while simultaneously referencing the past. The outdoor furniture continues this idea, becoming modular elements to adapt to changing needs.
