Nestled on top of tubular metal frames, soft and rounded cushions define the Momo chair and armchair, lending them an expression all of their own. At the same time, a clear connection can be felt between the design of the Momo chairs and other iconic designs synonymous with Arflex. The Momo chair and armchair embody a natural continuation of the unique and rich design heritage of Arflex.

The molded foam seat and back cushions each possess an inviting softness, exemplified by the indentations formed where they are connected with the tubular metal frames. The lack of sharp corners, together with the gently curved forms of the cushions, inspired the name – Momo – which comes from the popular Japanese peach fruit, which is larger than its Western counterparts. While the upholstered cushions have a pleasing heft and volume, offering a superior seating experience, the overall design of the Momo chairs exhibits a certain lightness, making them highly furnishable: an attractive, comfortable, and useful addition to a wide range of interior situations.
