The new Boston Consulting Group (BCG) offices are located on the 6th and 7th floors of the Masaryčka building in central Prague. The fit-out includes nearly 1.300 m² of office space and 245 m² of terraces and green roofs. The company moved from coworking spaces that lacked good acoustics, layout, and daylight. The goal was the opposite: bright, airy offices with a welcoming, home-like feel and strong support for collaboration.
The heart of the space is a large community zone with a seating staircase and main kitchen, used for informal events and company-wide meetings. Across both floors are project rooms, enclosed offices, phone rooms, and quiet work areas. Dark green, BCG’s signature color, appears in various shades throughout furniture and acoustic elements. Wood features prominently, including glass partitions, seating, steps, and a two-story oak bookcase. Plants play a key decorative role. Custom graphics reference Prague landmarks, adding local character alongside Czech design brands. The result is a thoughtfully crafted interior the client is proud of.
