Casa M_o Situated within the Bosque de la Primavera in Zapopan, Casa M_o exemplifies minimalist architecture integrated into a woodland context. The residence is defined by a T-shaped volumetric composition where pristine white geometries are cantilevered over a tectonic base of raw concrete, establishing a sophisticated contrast between contemporary language and the rustic topography.

The program is organized to maximize environmental permeability. Expansive, floor-to-ceiling glazing eliminates visual barriers, framing the pine forest as a living backdrop. At the core of the layout, a central courtyard and a sculptural helical staircase facilitate natural ventilation and light, anchoring the transition between the social and private spheres. With a footprint of 350 m², the interior logic emphasizes fluidity; the lobby connects seamlessly to the open-plan living and dining areas, while the kitchen serves as a functional hinge between the interior and the terrace. The private wing – comprising a media room and two en-suite bedrooms – is oriented to ensure acoustic privacy and contemplative views. Casa M_o is a rigorous exercise in formal balance, where material honesty and spatial continuity create a holistic living experience.
