The building’s expression is defined by simple clarity. Conceived as a timber structure, using prefabricated timber-frame construction, the building reveals its internal structural logic to the exterior. The standard modular grid of studs and sheathing is articulated in the rhythm of the timber cladding. A ground-based green façade on a freestanding trellis frames the building’s northeast corner, forming a planted angle.
