JoMa – White Flow: Gentle. Clear. Timeless. At the heart of this project lies the redesign of a 140 m² family apartment in the city of Salzburg. What was once a confined, dark layout has been transformed into an open living environment full of light, spaciousness, and ease – a home that offers room for individuality, togetherness, and growth.

Integrating the former loggia created additional brightness and flow. The round kitchen island forms the new centerpiece – a place of communication and daily connection. Tailored built-in furniture adds storage, clarity, and calm without weighing down the architecture. Reorganizing the functions created balance: two generous children’s rooms upstairs and, from the former small bedrooms on the ground floor, a serene parents’ area with walk-in closet and direct access to the garden and pool. Guided by the principle of preservation, the project is sustainable, resource-conscious, and thoughtfully refined. A warm palette of whites, beige, soft greens, and apricot tones brings harmony and reflects the family’s character. The rounded design radiates a gentle, welcoming energy – transforming fragments into a cohesive, living whole.
