The project is embedded within a homogeneous and repetitive residential context, yet it distinguishes itself with measured elegance. Its expressive force emerges through the juxtaposition of two staggered volumes, one lower and conceived as the entrance element, generating a sense of dynamism and movement.
The infinity pool, extending flush to the edge of the house, completes the composition of pure geometries. Conceived primarily as a summer residence, the villa unfolds through a sequence of spaces, shaped by the intention to merge outdoor and indoor living into a continuous spatial experience. Clean, precise lines define the architecture, and in this way, IN-OUT merges into a renewed definition of dwelling.
