In the last ten years, HD SPATIUM has specialized in designing family houses/villas, small boutique hotels, small apartment buildings, and interior design with an emphasis on quality housing or tourism. The concept of work is an individual approach to each client, where the architect Helena Alfirević Arbutina is personally involved in the entire design process from the setting of the building to the plot, the project of the building itself, as well as often the interior and horticulture project on the same building.
