The new building will be integrated into the landscape, so that no artificial earthworks are required. The structure will remain low, making it barely visible from the road or from the rear. The basement is built entirely below ground. The staircase to the ground floor and living area is located on the south side. This position was chosen deliberately, to orient the living spaces toward the east, south, and west. Access is via the courtyard, creating a bright entrance without the need to pass through a long, dark corridor.
The building sits entirely within the greenery, with only the forecourt to the garage and the paved entrance. In the basement, arranged around the atrium, there is a fitness room to the east, a wellness area with a skylight to the north, and the garage to the west, with the boiler room and cellar behind it. All living and sleeping areas are arranged on a single level on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the east side, the living area to the south, with the dining table between them. A covered balcony wraps around this zone in an L-shape. This covered area protects against overheating in summer, while allowing the low winter sun into the living space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the west and north sides of the building. The entire structure cantilevers freely to the south, giving the building a floating appearance. At the same time, this creates a covered entrance area. The swimming pool is positioned halfway between the basement and the ground floor.
