Green Agora is a land art installation marking the initial phase of a transformation in Jabloneček, a site discovered by an experienced and enlightened developer, and the result will be a unique retreat resort. The installation is a sensitive response to the footprint of the future hotel by Mjölk Studio.
It is not a finished image, but a deliberate prologue – the first readable signal of change in the landscape, indicating the direction of future development. A group of columns enters the space with a calm, yet clear, statement, creating a new atmosphere, awakening visitors’ curiosity, and connecting to the historical layers of the abandoned village. The columns act as initial spatial landmarks and interpret upcoming transformations. The installation represents the first step toward reviving the vanished settlement and consciously relates to the roots of the landscape. The archetypal column refers to early signs of habitation, while 3D printing technology, developed in collaboration with So Concrete and artist Federico Díaz, introduces a contemporary and optimistic layer. Green Agora reactivates the site and symbolically opens a process aimed at restoring life and value to the place.
