It is an international association operating in 16 European countries and has over 370 members, including 22 Slovenian restaurants. Members of the JRE association are recognized for their exceptional talent and dedication to gastronomy, which they confirm through careful selection of top-quality local ingredients and products, the creativity of chefs, and the preservation of tradition. JRE restaurants are unique due to their location, interior design, atmosphere, and services. Members of the association are happy to share their culinary and professional knowledge in various ways, which has undoubtedly contributed to raising Slovenian cuisine to an even higher level in recent years and allowed visitors to JRE restaurants to taste the best that the collective passion for gastronomy has to offer.
