The interior of the Ellex Valiūnas office is conceived as a multilayered architectural structure, rooted in the logic of relief and topography. The space is formed as a coherent system that brings together movement, experience, and daily work rhythms, allowing interior architecture to express the organization’s culture and long-term values. The topographic logic is translated into functional planning, creating a smooth and intuitive spatial flow, in which everyday movement and work processes unfold naturally.

The layout develops as a continuous spatial sequence: primary circulation connects key functions, while calmer zones allow for pauses, focus, and changes of pace across three interconnected floors. At the core of the space, sculptural internal staircases connect all levels and act as a spatial and social axis. Designed as an organic, structurally and technically complex element, they encourage daily movement and informal interaction. Light and materiality form an integral layer of the project. Layered lighting creates a calm and comfortable working atmosphere, while durable, natural materials – oak, stone, metal, and mineral plaster – establish a tactile, timeless environment. Art is integrated as a cultural layer within daily routes and workspaces, enriching the overall spatial experience.
